Training Scheme for Master Degreeof “Project Management” of Qingdao University of Science& Technology

一、培养目标和要求Objectives of Training and Requirements

项目管理工程硕士的培养目标侧重于工程应用,主要是为工矿企业和工程建设部门培养德、智、体全面发展的机械工程领域的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和企业管理人才。培养要求如下:

Training objectives of Master of Engineering in Project management focuson engineering applications. It is mainly to train applied and compound high-levelengineering and business management personnel who develop morally, intellectuallyand physically.

Training requirements are as follows:

1、拥护党的基本路线和方针政策,热爱祖国、遵纪守法,具有良好的职业道德和创业精神,积极为我国经济建设和社会发展服务。

Support the party's basic line, principles and policies,lovemotherland, obey the law,have a good work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit,service actively for      China   'seconomic construction and social development.

2、掌握一门外语,掌握项目管理领域的基础知识,特别是具有较强的解决工程实际问题的能力。

Master a foreign language and the basics of Project management; in particular,have a strong ability to solve practical engineering problems

3、有一定的科研组织能力和企业管理能力。

Have a certain research organization capacities and enterprise managementcapabilities.

二、培养方式与年限Training methods and length

1、在职攻读,企业与学校共同培养。

In-service Study,Co-culture between enterprises and schools

2、实行学分制,要求至少修满32学分。

Credit system, requiring at least 32 credits

3、论文阶段由校内导师和校外导师共同承担。

Thesis stage, the school mentors and External mentors shared

4、培养年限:2.5-5年。

Length of training: 2.5-5years

四、课程设置Course settings

1.根据《 青岛科技大学工程硕士培养条例》中有关规定,工程硕士课程由必修课程、选修课程构成,总学分不少于30学分。

According to the relevant provisions ofQingdao University of science and technologymaster of engineering Regulations,The courses of Master of Engineering are constituted by compulsory coursesand selective courses. The total creditsshould be no less than 30 credits

(1)必修课程

Compulsory Courses

政治理论2学分;

Political theory, 2 credits

外国语3学分;

Foreign languages,3 credits

③公共基础课程4学分;

Public basic course,4 credits

④专业基础和专业类课程(不少于5门)12学分。

Professional basic and Professional courses (No less than 5),12credits

(2)选修课程

Selective Courses

至少49学分。

At least4 courses, 9credits  

3)必修环节

Compulsory Links

必修环节包括学位论文开题报告(1学分)和论文工作中期报告(1学分)。

Compulsory Courses include thesis proposal1 creditand thesis interim report1 credit .

文献综述与开题报告是论文开题前的必须环节,这一环节的工作应在第二学期末至第三学期初进行,最迟在第三学期中结束。学生应自己独立查阅资料(至少40篇),写出综述及选题报告(不少于3000字),由学校的学位分委会给出评语及评价等级。

Literature Review and thesisproposal are compulsory before thesis writing. They should be carried outbetween the end of the second term and the beginning of the third term, and be finishedno later than the mid of the third semester. Graduates should access to informationindependently (at least 40) and write literature review and proposal (no less than3000 words). Then the degree Committee makes comments and evaluation grade.

论文工作中期应提交论文工作中期报告,经导师、学院审核后报研究生部()

With the approval of the supervisor and the faculty, interim report shouldbe submitted to the Graduate Office in the mid of thesis writing.

五、学位论文Dissertation

工程硕士应具有工程背景,其论文应来自于企业及工程部门生产、研究工作或工程技术管理实际。为了解情况,收集资料,研究技术问题,原则上要求工程硕士也应做论文的外出调研工作,调研的方式及费用等由本人自行解决。

Master of Engineering should have engineering background. The thesisshould come from production and research work of the enterprise and engineeringdepartments. To understand the situation, collect data and research technical issues,Master of Engineering, in principle, should also be asked to do investigation andresearch work for the thesis.Graduatesshould decide means of investigation and bear all the costs.

    工程硕士学位论文应在学校导师和企业导师的共同指导下,经调研、资料查阅后,写出选题报告。选题时要充分考虑到学校,特别是企业所具备的设备等基本条件,研究经费和工作周期等,也要考虑课题的份量和难易程度。

Thesis proposal should be under the joint guidance of the supervisorand      Enterprise   mentorsafter investigation and literature review.Full consideration should be givento thebasic conditions of the university and enterprise,thecosts, length of time, and the valueand degree of difficulty of the thesis.

论文开题在选题后提交选题报告,经学院学位分委员会审定通过后正式开题。开题工作应在第二学期初开始,最迟应在第三学期中结束。

Thesis proposal should be submitted after choosing the topic. After theapproval of Faculty Degree Committee, graduates can begin their thesis writing.This should begin at the beginning of the second semester and finish before themid of third semester.

撰写学位论文可将工程硕士生的研究、设计、技术革新、工程技术管理等的成果总结出来,体现从事工程研究、设计及独立担负技术工作的能力。

Thesis writing can conclude the achievement of research, design, technologicalinnovation, engineering technology management and embody the abilities to do research,designing and independent technical task.

论文应有2名专家评阅,其中一位为校外专家,答辩委员会由5-7名专家组成。

Two experts are supposed to read and appraise the paper, and one is extramural.Oral defence committee should be composed of five to seven experts.

工程硕士生在完成培养计划规定的课程学习、必修环节和论文工作后,导师就工程硕士生的业务水平、学位论文写出评语,经导师推荐可由学院学位评定分委员会对申请人能否参加学位论文答辩提出意见,报校学位评定委员会审查,审查合格者,由学院学位评定分委员会组织论文评阅和答辩。

When a graduate has finished course study, other compulsory sectionsand thesis writing, the supervisor writes his comments on the professional skillsand thesis writing of the graduate. Then the Faculty Degree Committee should makedecision whether the applicant can take part in the oral defence. With the approvalof the University Degree Committee, Faculty Degree Committee can organize the thesisreview and oral defence.

论文答辩可在学校进行,但更提倡在企业,在工程实地进行。

Oral defence can be held in the university. However, it is advocatedthat it be done in companies and work sites.

论文答辩的具体事项可参照《青岛科技大学工程硕士学位授予工作细则》规定进行。

Specific item of graduation oral examination should conduct accordingto detailed rules of      Qingdao   university of science and technology

六、学位授予Degree Awarded

完成课程学习,总学分修满32学分,通过学位论文答辩的工程硕士研究生,符合授予学位条件者,经培养单位学位评定机构审核批准授予工程硕士学位。

The master candidates, who finish courses studying and obtain 32 creditsand pass the oral defense, will be awarded the Master degree after judging and approvingby the academic degree evaluation institutions of the university.
